Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us with clear proof images or videos of the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, email us at kithoproducts@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We strongly recommend recording your unboxing. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We accept returns on most products, provided the item has been handled with reasonable care. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your current one and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be asked to provide your bank details (account number, account holder name, and IFSC code), and the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the amount.
